Janet Sutera's 38 years of banking experience gives the Omaha UBT team a unique advantage in serving our clients. She's been a proud and dynamic leader as Vice President of Omaha's Customer Service Team since 2008. She leads by example with compassion and empathy by empowering her team to put UBT customers first and to believe in the power of building long-term relationships. Under her leadership, the Omaha team has focused on a personal approach to banking by helping clients and their families select the right accounts and banking services that fit their needs and to continue to help them plan their future finances.
Having completed managerial training through Gallup University, the Entrepreneurial Branch Manager Workshop in Chicago and the Branch Banking Symposium by American Banker and U.S. Banker, Janet brings a vast breadth of banking experience, knowledge, and innovation to the Omaha market. Janet serves the community as a board member of Community Alliance since 2018. She also supports United Way of the Midlands, Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund, American Heart Association, and Project Linus.
