Insurance Benefits are available for those working 30 hours or more per week. The only exception is pet insurance, which is available to all Associates regardless of hours worked. Short-term disability salary continuation program

UBT’s short-term disability salary continuation policy offers pay to associates while they are recovering from extended illnesses and injuries. After a two-week waiting period, UBT will begin paying a portion of your base monthly salary if you are injured or ill (including maternity) and unable to work for an extended period of time. Associates receive 100% of lost income for four weeks and 60% for an additional 20 weeks. Officer-level associates receive 100% of lost income for a full 24 weeks. You are automatically eligible for this program beginning the first of the month, following one full month of continuous service greater than 30 hours per week.
