Thanks to Moose for keeping our pop-up shop “mad fresh”

Matthew Morrison is known throughout Lincoln as the man behind the “mad fresh” homemade guacamole, hummus, and salsa available for purchase at local markets and vendor events. Better known as Moose, Morrison stays busy creating chip dippables from clean, fresh, organic ingredients with no additives or preservatives.

A mainstay at all of Lincoln’s farmers markets, Moose was also a vendor at UBT’s Second Saturday Makers Market, where he struck up a conversation with Steph Dinger from our Small Business team about the pop-up shop across the aisle from his booth — and the rest is history. Moose’s Mad Fresh took over the space previously occupied first by Susa’s Sweets & Balloons and then Studio Trouvaille for a four-month stint, ultimately wrapping up his residency in Union Bank Place’s small business pop-up shop at the end of August 2024.

Moose’s products include hummus in five distinctly delicious flavors: Groovy Garlic, Black Bean, Craveable Curry, Roasted Red Pepper, and Sriracha Lime. He also offers fresh guacamole as well as salsa in hot, medium, and mild spice levels.

His delicious dips can also be found at various grocery stores around Lincoln, or you can make tracks to find him at local farmers markets.
