When it comes to ordering checks from UBT, we’ve got you covered. Below you’ll find instructions on how to easily get those checks in your hands, whether you prefer the online route or a more personal touch.

Ordering checks through UBTgo

You can easily order checks by logging in to UBTgo using your desktop or laptop computer. When you log in, you’ll see the Account Summary dashboard with a list of your accounts. Under the account you wish to order checks for, click the Order Checks link and follow the prompts to complete your request. Please note, this functionality isn’t available in the UBTgo app.

Ordering checks through the UBT team

Prefer a bit of human interaction? That’s what we’re here for! Here are the ways we can help:

Contact us: Our friendly Customer Support team is always ready to assist, with availability that extends a bit beyond our branch hours. You can reach them at 800.297.2837, or you can reach out to your local branch directly. (Note: If any of your information has changed, you’ll need to update it first — but we can help you with that, too.)

Visit a branch lobby: This is a good option if you’re ordering checks for the first time, and it also works well if you’d like to change designs or order deposit slips, checkbook covers, or other related items.

Ordering checks through Deluxe online

If your checks originally came from UBT, you can bet they were from Deluxe®. By using Deluxe for your checks, you’re opting for convenience and getting the same trusted service and quality that UBT provides. Head on over to their website and follow their simple steps to place, or re-place, your order. (Please note, free or discounted checks may not be set up for your account on their website, so if you have a Simply Free Platinum account, you’ll want to verify your discount has been applied online or simply order your checks through UBT.)

Find your routing and account number: You’ll need UBT’s routing number — it’s 104910795 — and your account number. The routing number is always the nine-digit code at the bottom-left corner, and your account number is right next to it.

Before you order

Regardless of how you choose to order your checks, take these steps to ensure a smooth process:

Confirm starting number and quantity: Specify the starting number for your checks and how many boxes you need.

Verify your address: Ensure the address on file is correct so your checks arrive without delay.

Check for eligibility: If you qualify for free or discounted checks, make sure this is noted by the person taking your order or the ordering system.

Review delivery method: Double-check your shipping preferences to avoid unnecessary charges for expedited delivery.

We hope this information helps check this task off your list! If you need more information or a helping hand with ordering, don't hesitate to check in with us.
