How to enroll in UBTgo using a web browser on your computer or phone

To create your UBT profile and enroll in UBTgo, follow the steps outlined below. These steps are for customers who are brand new to Union Bank or have never created a UBT profile before.

If you have previously created a UBT profile (this could be true if you have recently obtained other accounts with Union Bank, such as a mortgage loan, certain wealth management accounts, or a checking/savings account that was opened online), please follow the steps in the Enrolling in UBTgo with an existing UBT profile section to finish your UBTgo enrollment.

Creating your UBT profile and enrolling in UBTgo

  1. Visit ubt.com and click on Are you new? Sign Up. Then, click New Customer? Register Here.
  2. Enter your profile information in section 1 of the profile creation sequence. We recommend noting your username and remembering your password.
  3. Sign in to your new UBT profile and select your preferred MFA (multifactor authentication) option.
  4. Continue through sections 2-4 of the profile creation sequence. You will need access to the email account used in step 2 above. Once complete, click Complete Registration to complete your profile. Not only do these sections validate the information you entered, they also create your UBT profile and your UBTgo credentials.
  5. Click View Your Account, where you will be directed to UBTgo. Please note, you may be prompted to log in again.
