This video ATM at Union Bank Place combines the convenience of an ATM with the personalized service of a live banker. Also known as an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), this innovative technology allows you to:
- Complete standard and complex ATM transactions using your debit card
- Engage in a real-time video chat with a UBT teller during branch hours (the video feature is totally optional on your part)

The video ATM also functions as a standard ATM, with video conferencing available if you like. Located in the drive-thru area of the parking structure behind Union Bank Place at 1239 P St., the video ATM is available 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

Stay ahead of your transactions: Plan ahead for holidays
It’s important to remember that holidays can affect banking hours and the processing of transactions. Direct deposits and other common banking transactions may be delayed. ACH transfers, including direct deposits and auto-payments for bills, are postponed until the next business day if they fall on a holiday. Wire transfers, often used in home purchases, are similarly delayed. Even mobile check deposits initiated during a holiday won’t be processed until the following business day. However, internal transfers within the same bank are not affected by holidays.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend planning ahead for holiday closures. Drive-thru or customer support may not be available (check our holiday hours page to be sure), but our ATMs are always at the ready.
