Michael Henkenius joined UBT in 2016, bringing with him 15 years of experience as the Director of Planned Giving and Executive Director of the Catholic Foundation of the Diocese of Lincoln — as well as plenty of Creighton Blue Jays and Chicago Cubs memorabilia. Earning his law degree from Creighton, Michael’s favorite part of his job is meeting with his clients. “I get to learn about their families, careers, and lives in a personal way.”
An avid golfer, Michael serves the community as a volunteer with Junior Achievement, serving on the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church’s finance committee, and volunteering at his kid’s schools at St. Joseph and Pius X High School. Michael and his band, Vertical Mattress, recently released a new album called “Too Late to Be Famous,” that can be found on all the music streaming platforms.
