Jon Gross joined UBT in 1988 as a college freshman via the student program and has spent his entire professional career with the organization. Gross took a position as an Investment Officer after college graduation and eventually assumed leadership of the Union Investment Management Group (UIMG), before moving into his current role as the Wealth Management Division Head and Executive Committee member in 2005. As Division Head, Gross is responsible for the overall growth, oversight, and management of the $45 billion Wealth Management Division, which includes the primary business lines of Personal Trust, UIMG, Retirement Plan Services (RPS), Corporate Trust, Short Term Investments, and the College Savings Group.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Gross has also attained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. In service to his community, Gross is a current Trustee and past President of the Sheldon Art Association as well as a Board Member for Public Arts Lincoln. Gross is also a past President and Board Member for the Capital Humane Society and has served in various capacities on the Boards of the Foundation for Lincoln Public Schools, Lincoln’s Symphony Orchestra, and the Lincoln/Lancaster Mental Health Foundation. He is a graduate of Leadership Lincoln Class XVII.
