It’s the most wonderful time of the year, full of celebrations with family and friends, delectable treats, and searching for the perfect gift that’s sure to delight and surprise. As you embark on your holiday adventures this season, let’s make sure your debit card is ready, too!

If you’re traveling domestically or internationally…

Let’s place a travel note on your account to ensure your debit card works wherever you go. Within your UBTgo app, you can submit a travel note to UBT by selecting Contact Us, followed by Travel Notice.

Within your message to UBT, please include:

  • The state(s) or country(s) you’ll be visiting
  • The start and end dates of your travel plans

If your travel plans change, no worries — you can share this update with us by sending a new Travel Notice message or by connecting with our Customer Support Team.

If you misplace your debit card while shopping…

We can help you with that, too! UBTgo offers Debit Card Controls where you can choose to temporarily freeze your debit card and then unfreeze it once it’s safely in your possession.

Debit Card Controls can also be used to limit where you shop and help you stick to a holiday budget. Using the Set Transaction Amount Limit option, you can block transactions over a certain amount; the Block Merchant Types option gives you the opportunity to further streamline where your debit card can be used — all with the flexibility to change these controls in real time and at your convenience.

Holiday adventures should be fun and exciting; let our debit card tools help to keep your spirits merry and bright. Need assistance with preparing your debit card this holiday season? Connect with our Customer Support Team, where our Specialists will be happy to assist.
